30-Day Returns
We have a no-questions-asked returns policy within 30 days of delivery date. We only ask that you provide us with a reason for your return to help us improve ourselves and our products. Refunds will be processed once returns are received. You can review our full refund policy here.

To start the returns process, please email us at support@cartecknow.com with the following information:
- First and last name
- Order number
- Phone number
- Emails address
- Reason for return
Once your return form is received, one of our customer support representatives will reach out with a return authorization form. A return authorization form is required by our manufacturers to authenticate all returns. You will also receive a shipping label.
Using the provided shipping label, please carefully pack the item(s) and ship the package back to us. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and contain all items in the original package. Original packaging is appreciated, but not required. However, if returned items are used, damaged, or missing any parts, or damaged during return shipping, you may not be eligible for a refund or your refund may be deducted to cover any loss.
Once the returned product is received, you will be refunded via your original payment method. You will receive an automated email to notify you of the completed refund. Once you receive notification of your completed refund, please allow 7 business days for the processing and refunding of your account. If after 7 business days you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank or financial institution and credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
We provide a shipping label upon your return request at absolutely no cost to you.
Return Condition
Items must be received in the same condition they were received. If returned items are used, damaged, or missing any parts, or damaged during return shipping, you may not be eligible for a refund or your refund may be deducted to cover any loss.
If your item was received damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery using the same Return Request form above. Be sure to include the reason for your exchange. You may be asked to provide a photo or other proof of the damaged or defective product.
Unless otherwise noted below, products sold by CarTeck Now under the EchoMaster and iSimple brand names carry a 1-year warranty for manufacturer defect. The warranty is for credit or replacement of product except where otherwise noted and does not cover installation or other costs associated with replacement or exchange. Abuse or misuse of product voids all warranties.
Warranty Exceptions
EchoMaster Cameras
1-year warranty as determined by the serial number or date code on the unit. Based on this code, a receipt may be required to substantiate warranty.
EchoMaster Sensors
1-year warranty as determined by the serial number or date code on the unit. Based on this code, a receipt may be required to substantiate warranty.
Thinkware
Returns must be qualified by Thinkware Support. All returned units will be evaluated by Thinkware. Units found to be operating within standard specifications may be returned to the customer. Thinkware dash cams have a 1-year warranty (verified by serial number) while SD cards have a 6-month warranty.
